What are the requirements to file a claim?

Before filling the online claim form, ensure you have the following information;

• Photographs of loss or items damaged
• List of items damaged or destroyed 
• The price of each asset according to the correct market value of goods immediately before the fire 
• Copy of receipts and invoices for the goods purchased (not compulsory) 

Without providing these requirements, we would not be able to process your claim.
