How do I get my policy number?

Immediately after completing your account registration on SMEDAN, you will be sent a welcome message via email. Within the welcome message you will find your SMEDAN number. The SMEDAN number also serves as your policy number for your business insurance. 

Another way to get your SMEDAN number is to check your SMEDAN certificate. You can download your certificate from the welcome email sent to you after registration or directly from your SMEDAN dashboard.

Click on “View Certificate” to download your certificate and view you SMEDAN number whic is also your policy number.
